Job Description: Oliver Subaru of Rutland is seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments.

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.

  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Completion of an automotive technician program or relevant certification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Valid driver's license.

Oliver Subaru of Rutland is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team.
